All yarn is hand dyed in small batches and rinsed until water runs clear (please note that minimal colour bleeding may occur on the first few washed of finished project). Every skein can be unique even when dyed in the same batch. Every effort is made to ensure all photos represent the colours of the yarn as accurately as possible.
Please hand wash or gently machine wash and lay flat to dry.

Processing Times
- Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Tuesday to Friday, excluding posted holiday closures).
- All items are ready to ship unless there is an error in inventory. If there is an extended delay I will reach out right away to advise the hold up.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders (this includes any shipping address outside of Canada) may be subject to custom fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are out of my hands and the responsibility of the buyer.
- Please be prepared for these charges before placing your order so items will be returned to us at your expense.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once an order leaves the shop, deliver times are out of my control.
- If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number first.
- If you feel your package is lost, contact myself and the courier.

Shipping is complimentary for purchases over $140 (unless stated differently in the product description). All orders are shipped using ClickShip or Canada Post Expediated. Once packages are received by courier, unfortunately they are out of my hands. Arrival dates are estimated and no longer guaranteed. If you do have any issues or concerns, I am happy to try to help.
