Shipping Policy

At That Yarn Habit, I do my best to get your yarn into your hands quickly and saely so you can cast on without delay!

Processing Times

• Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Tuesday to Friday, excluding posted holiday closures).
• All items are ready to ship unless there is an error in inventory. If there is an extended delay I will reach out right away to advise the hold up.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders (this includes any shipping address outside of Canada) may be subject to custom fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are out of my hands and the responsibility of the buyer.
• Please be prepared for these charges before placing your order so items will be returned to us at your expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order leaves the shop, deliver times are out of my control.
• If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number first.
• If you feel your package is lost, contact myself and the courier.
